However, my cabin produces zero muse and when I do the Ask Friends, it only lets one friend redeem it and tells all my other friends the offer is no longer valid. Do you know anything about that?

The link expires after your friend sends you the item and you can ask it only once a day. So you have to patient and keep asking the muse everyday until you have enough.

insert-clever-phrase-here asked: so i finished all the possible chapters so far but for chapter 8 i didn't get a mockingjay pin, and there has been one at the end of every chapter (i just want to unlock the rest of the land in my forest escape) is there any other way to get mocking jay pins?

Nope! finishing the chapters is the only way.

Anyways I'm not sure if the game is glitched or if I'm just doing something wrong, but I went to the area control room and got the beacon from technician and went over to the area to place the beacon into the pile of dirt on the ground. Its definitely a major glitch of the game that lots of people are going through. There’s no any alternative to sending a bug report. :(

Looks like a serious bug in the game. Why don’t you try sending in a support ticket?

There was this one problem relating to asking flame from friend that many people reported. They said that once their friend clicked on the link asking for flame, it didn’t work. It is a bug in the game and looks like gamemakers aren’t going to fix it soon. But it seems one of my friend might have found a solution.

The solution here is to reduce your woods as much as possible by selling your shelter and buying a new one (and you get bonus 10 energy!!). And once you have less than 20 woods, you can get flame.

How do you get more nails? And how often should you get it from the workshop?

You can get nails only from the workshop or by asking your friend. The workshop gives nails very randomly.

How can you start the game right from the beginning?

There is now way to restart the game yet.

How do you send something to a friend?

Once your friend has posted for help on their timeline, you can click on it and send the thing they need and receive goods.

How do you get the pristine arrowheads?

Pristine arrowheads come randomly from your arrow crafting table, so you’ll have to wait till it pops out of it.

How do you send bug report or support ticket? When do I get a reply?

You can do it right here. But it might take a while (upto two weeks) to hear back from them.
